Generation Dead

For all you vampire-lovers out there, I think this book might fit what your looking for. It is not quite a love story, yet not quite a horror or sci-fi book either. In Generation Dead, a strange phenomenon is happening. Some teenagers who die aren't staying dead. They come back to life, but their reactions and responses are much slower then they once were. The world has named them "differently biotic" or "living impaired".

Then you have Pheobe Kendall, your typical goth girl. She always has her best friends, Margi and Adam by her side. But nobody can believe it when Pheobe falls for Tommy Williams, leader of the dead kids. Not even Margi, with her fear of the differently biotic deeply rooted in her past. Especially not Adam, her neighbor, also the star of the football team. His feelings for Pheobe run deeper than friendship. He would do anything for her, but what is he to do if protecting Tommy is the one thing that would make her happy?
The recently-written sequel to Generation Dead is Kiss of Life. Just a warning to those who are planning to read G.D. , you might not want to read the rest of this paragraph. The ending of G.D. is given away.
And that's why I'm not going to tell you what K.o. L. is about.
At least not yet anyway.
Mwahahaha....
